Meet the Team
Our team at Above the Mean Tutoring is dedicated to providing personalized, expert guidance to help students excel in their academic pursuits. With a passion for education and years of experience, we are committed to making learning accessible and effective for everyone.
Chris is from the small farming community of Rosebud, Texas. He attended Texas A&M out of high school and began his academic career which culminated in graduating with his degree in Accounting. Shortly before graduating, he started tutoring students in various accounting and finance classes and found his passion was teaching and tutoring as opposed to practicing in the public sector. This led to a full-time career in tutoring students at Texas A&M University, Blinn College, Sam Houston State University, University of Houston and many other colleges and universities. He has been tutoring for nearly two decades and has honed the skills needed to help students with different learning styles.
